Hi, I’m Stephanie — Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner and founder of Flow Into Wellness.
My path into healing began in the medical field, where I’ve spent many years working as a CT technologist. Through that experience, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply the body holds onto stress, tension, trauma, and overwhelm — often long after the original event has passed.
While modern medicine plays an important role, I felt there was something missing: a gentler approach that supports the body not just physically, but as a whole.
That search led me to the nervous system.
As I began learning more about how stress impacts the body, I discovered Spinal Flow® Technique — and it completely changed the way I viewed healing. What resonated with me most was its gentle, non-invasive approach. Rather than forcing the body to change, Spinal Flow works by helping the nervous system feel safe enough to release stored stress and reconnect to its natural state of balance.
I’ve witnessed not only physical shifts, but emotional and energetic changes as well — people feeling lighter, calmer, more connected, and more at ease within themselves.
Through Flow Into Wellness, my goal is to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and support their nervous system in a safe and supportive environment. Healing looks different for every person, and I believe the body holds an incredible ability to heal when given the right support.
